1. The service

Galaxy Saju LAB provides Korean Saju (Four Pillars) charts and written reports. Your chart is calculated from the birth details you enter, and reports are written by AI from that chart, following our reading guidelines.

2. Not professional advice

Readings describe tendencies and timing, not fixed outcomes. They are for reflection and entertainment and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please make important decisions with appropriate professional help.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Enter accurate birth details. Reports depend on them, and we cannot be responsible for results based on incorrect information.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account or by emailing us.

4. Paid reports and coupons

• Prices are shown on each report page before you order.
• A coupon can be used once, for the report it is issued for. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no automated or bulk requests, no attempts to access other people's data or our systems, no reselling or republishing reports as your own, and no use that breaks the law.

6. Content

You may keep, save and share your own reports for personal use. The site design, text and software belong to us or our licensors.

7. Changes and availability

We may change or pause parts of the service for maintenance or improvement. We will post changes to these terms on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute cannot be resolved by talking with us, it will be handled by the competent court under Korean law, without limiting any mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.
