Refund Policy
Effective October 14, 2026. Our reports are digital content made for you on demand, so refunds work as follows.
1. Before your report starts
If you cancel before your report has started being written, you get a full refund.
2. After your report starts
Once a report has started being written for you, or you have viewed or saved it, it cannot be refunded. This is a lawful limit on withdrawal for digital content, so please check the report page before ordering.
3. If something goes wrong on our side
If a system error means your report is not delivered or is clearly incomplete, we will complete it again for free or refund you in full — your choice.
4. Coupons
Reports made with a coupon are free, so there is nothing to refund. Coupons have no cash value.
5. How to ask
Email galaxysajulab@gmail.com with the email address of your account and the report name. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
6. Note
Card payments for international customers are being set up. This policy applies to every paid order once checkout opens.
